At Podi, we believe a good workplace should feel a little like a good meal. There should be plenty to go around, people should look out for each other, and nobody should be counting the last piece of pappadom.

We’re a bunch of curious, opinionated people who care deeply about what we put on the plate and how we make people feel around it. We talk food. We talk ideas. We argue about the right amount of chilli. We learn from each other, eat together and, occasionally, take our work home with us. Usually in a dabba.
